The Carbon Farming Course is hosted by the beautiful Threefold Educational Center in Chestnut Ridge, NY, home of the Pfeiffer Center for Biodynamic Agriculture.

When you arrive, look for the signs that say ‘Holder House’ and ‘Parking’ on the left. Park and walk back up towards the front of the Main House and the Threefold Cafe. All classes are held in the building called Brookside.

Participants may share a room to reduce costs. Rooms can hold 2 guests comfortably, or 3 with some improvisation.

Food

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available buffet-style at the ThreeFold Café.  The Café serves delicious meals and snacks prepared by Master Chef Anthony Lopinto, as much as possible from local Biodynamic and Organic sources.  Entrees are sold by weight at $8.99/lb and meal prices will range, dependng on what you select, from $5 for breakfast to $8 to $15 for lunch or dinner.  Participants are also welcome to bring their own food to eat on-site, and the Hungry Hollow Co-Op Natural Foods Market, offering both groceries and prepared take-out food, is conveniently located less than 1/2 mile down the road.
